The ideal sales applicant would bring an exceptional ability to sell successfully in a solution-sales environment. This applicant would be able to display top tier professionalism and a commitment to delivering a valuable experience to clients on every appointment.

Responsibilities of the Executive Sales Manager:

  • Lead conversion
  • Build Brighton Windsor Group market presence
  • Develop new client revenue streams
  • Contribute to Brighton Windsor Group's collaborative effort
  • Business community involvement

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience consultative sales approach
  • Understanding of small and midsized privately held companies
  • Adaptability to a diverse client base in a variety of industries including construction, manufacturing and transportation
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to interact with clients in a professional manner
  • Proficiency in results driven sales skills
  • Experience selling consulting service projects a plus
